This wonderfully spontaneous picture of my high school varsity soccer team, was taken in the fall of 1964. I am the young lad standing on the far right. The player under my right hand is still a dear friend of mine. In fact, we attended the same first grade class together. More interestingly, but sadly, our team goalie, number 3, disappeared in the early 1980's during a visit to Wyoming. His remains were found three years later in the Wyoming plains not far from where authorities had initially discovered his vehicle. His story aired on the debut broadcast of the very popular TV show at the time, Unsolved Mysteries. His case to this day is still unsolved.
